Multi-disciplinary study and business case to support funding for the redevelopment of future cruise ship and ferry capacity to address the strong cruise ship growth whilst addressing pier and terminal capacity constraints. The business case represented an important component in supporting the continued growth of the cruise shipping sector in Victoria to maintain and grow its share of the national and international cruise ship market and to address the planned expansion of services by TT-Line. Options development and evaluation involved specialist input on ports and marine, economic, planning and environmental and business case taking into account cost estimates, procurement strategy, stakeholder consultation, risk management, governance arrangements and development timelines.
