High level concept study to investigate the short and long term options for catering for operations by larger Ro-Pax vessels and the forecast increases in freight at Station Pier East Inner Berth. Scope of services included berthing and mooring assessments for a range of proposed new vessels, concept design of modifications to existing pier and new pier including mooring and fender systems, new multi-level ramp system, new pier, marshalling areas, circulation and access.
