Preliminary design and cost estimate of palm oil tanker facility to accommodate coastal tankers and up to 40,000DWT overseas tankers. Scope of works included access trestle for service vehicles and pipes, hose handling platform, 2 no. berthing dolphins, 2 no. mooring dolphins, catwalks, access road from end of trestle to existing built up road and related elements such as wharf furniture (fenders, bollards, ladders, pipe supports and lighting).
