Planning and detailed design of Container Terminal No.9 with 1.9km of quay structure for 6 berths and 68ha of terminal area and port backup area, public cargo working area and a marine basin and breakwater for reprovisioning existing marine facilities. Development involved 120ha of reclamation, 18Mm3 of dredging, 34Mm3 of sandfill and 6Mm3 of navigation dredging.
